TTI provides technical support for
all products we sell, as well as the systems in which they are utilized.
We have the knowledge and information you need. Whether you are
a contractor, engineer, or end user, we will provide you the best
support we can offer.
TTI assists engineers and contractors
with design, engineering, and installation of systems using any
of our products. Our broad technical knowledge and experience allows
us to integrate entire HVAC and plumbing systems. We have three
engineers on staff, as well as all the manufacturers' personnel
to assist you. There is no challenge we can't tackle.
Engineering and Design and Assistance
Here are just some of the engineering and design services we provide:
- Equipment sizing and selection
- Energy analyses
- System integration
- CAD drawings
- Total system design
Installation Assistance
We assist installers by providing installation suggestions, recommended
procedures, installation and operation training, and/or onsite supervision.
Start-up Services
Start-up supervision is often included with all products we sell.
Our philosophy is to ensure proper installation from the beginning
in order to minimize installation and operation related problems
later. TTI prefers that the installing
contractor actually start-up the equipment, however, sometimes third-party
start-up service contractors are used. We will be happy to recommend
or coordinate a start-up service contractor for your project. Standard
fees for start-up services are described in our Start-Up Services
document. In some cases, an additional charge is required for additional
training or services rendered.
Troubleshooting
We can also help trouble-shoot equipment and system problems. Usually
we can help solve your problem over the phone! We also have several
trouble-shooting guides, as well as access to factory service personnel.
